Since summer 2019 NPC has been working closely with a number of our local Primary Care Networks to provide support solutions.
Our offer to each PCN is bespoke to their needs; we understand the importance of local control, autonomy and direction setting for PCNs. By working collaboratively with PCNs we are able to offer a range of support solutions on a cost neutral basis which are by primary care, for primary care, unlike most other offers on the market. In doing this we reduce the risk for lead practices, constituent practices, PCN board members and the PCN Clinical Director.
